ML TALENT LIST
The ML talent list (MLTL) pairs machine learning engineers with exceptional startups. Every week, we curate a list of talented engineers in the ML space who are actively or passively considering new opportunities. These batches include individuals building models, deploying models, supporting ML data sets, and solving challenges in MLOps. Selected individuals are then shared directly with key decision makers at partnering ML startups. Compared to Linkedin or job boards, we minimize noise by limiting lists to our invite-only community.
Startup Network:
The startups we partner with are on the ground, leading the AI revolution. We work with startups backed by credible venture capital firms such as Andreessen, Sequoia, and GV. Startups are vetted using strict guidelines. Factors we review include strong employee satisfaction scores*, prominent application of ML/AI, and no recent reported history of company-wide layoffs**.

The Talent List:
We highlight engineers who have a minimum of 3 years of experience working with and supporting ML applications. We prioritize folks who can contribute at a mid- or senior engineering level.
About Us:
The team at MLTL has a long history of matching talent to the world’s leading engineering organizations. We have worked with leadership at Twitter, Sequoia Capital, Google, and MongoDB. Our startup experience covers companies backed by GV, Two Sigma, Andreessen Horowitz, Intel, and other prominent VC firms.
Diversity and Inclusion:
All teams work best when they are comprised of individuals from diverse backgrounds. Our lists reflect that. We maintain diversity sourcing goals and will highlight engineers from historically underrepresented groups in STEM. To solve some of the systemic issues facing the engineering community, we donate 5% of profits to partners* solving top-of-funnel challenges in STEM education.
